Children's Ministry Join the parents of Hope Church in the in the Covenant responsibility for the Christian nurture of our children. Our desire is to use our talents, skills, and services to help raise hope-filled kids. In addition to Sunday School, we also organize many fun events throughout the school year, Our Vacation Bible School helps children and parents make it through those summer holiday blues! Youth Ministry At Hope, the spiritual growth of our youth is important. We create an environment where each one clearly knows and understands the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through evangelism, the youth are encouraged to answer God's call on their lives and proclaim Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour. HYPER DRIVE ends weekends with a bang offering teens a great place to meet. Here they can share what's on their mind and enjoy each other's company in a safe, friendly environment. HYPER DRIVE meets every Sunday at 5p.m. in the Hope House. Men's Ministry Hope also seeks to build men of integrity, intimacy, and influence. We encourage each man to take the next step in his walk with Christ: to reproduce Christ in the lives of other men. Come join us for fun and fellowship at our monthly prayer breakfast. Or enjoy any of the special activities we arrange, like golfing, fishing, cycling and more! Woman's Ministry We want all women to grow spiritually and experience genuine encouragement and loving relationships. Through Bible study, social events and personal service, we teach and equip woman to draw closer to God, find their biblical purpose, reach out to one another, and serve the community in Christ's name. Cookie Ministry We know there are some big problems in this world, and cookies won't solve them all. But we can shine just a little of God's love in our own little corner of the world - one cookie at a time. The Cookie Ministry helps deliver a warm smile and something sweet to our first time guests. Homeless Ministry In Luke 16, there's a story about a rich man and a begger he knew named Lazarus. Both of them died -- Lazarus went to heaven and the rich man to hell. The rich man never did anything wrong to Lazarus. He simply ignored someone the Lord had literally laid on his doorstep. So look for ways you can help. Donate goods or food. Go out and meet them. You may be surprised how God will use you. Prayer Ministry Praying with others is part of our lives as Christians. Prayer is an intimate conversation with God. Through it we develop a personal relationship with Him. Prayer is not just for Sunday worship. The opportunities for prayer are endless. We encourage diverse forms of prayer, through small groups, prayer chains, walks and vigils. Meal Ministry In times of need, a friendly face and a meal is a true gift! Designed to serve and support Hope families during a time of celebration or crisis, the meals Ministry prepares and delivers meals for families in need, supports church fellowship events, or simply cooks for the youth group on Sunday evenings. |
